In micro training groups of just 6:1, all your workouts are customised for you, recorded and coached by an experienced personal trainer. The balance of the motivational group environment, 1-2-1 attention and your own personal nutrition & accountability coach makes it the perfect mix to produce fast results, without the bounce back

Branden is a NASM-certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in powerlifting and fitness. As a former high school and college athlete, he has dedicated his life to understanding physical performance and helping others achieve their fitness goals.


With a peak Wilks score of 330.68 and a total lift of 1,140.8 lbs, Branden has demonstrated his expertise in strength training. His approach focuses on building muscle mass, enhancing strength, and promoting overall health through personalized training plans, nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching.


Inspired by industry experts like Ken Brunskill, Pavel Tsatsouline, and Rhonda Patrick, Branden believes in the power of consistency and is committed to guiding his clients toward a stronger, healthier life.
